I had a different integrated light for my other bike. It cost $30 and was a piece of crap. It wasn't bright at all. And you get what you pay for. This one is much more expensive, but much worth your while!Amazingly bright! Works really well and fits great on my 2008 FZ6 except for one tiny thing. There's two screws that secure this light to the bike. I had a really hard time getting these screws all the way in. In fact, I'm riding around without them all the way in. They refuse to be tightened any further and to fix it I would have had to take the whole back end off all over again, so just be sure that you can tighten the screws all the way in. The screws are the screws from the original taillight.Furthermore, the ballast was kind of big and had to be tucked away under the plastics, but it wasn't too bad. For and integrated headlight though, it is so bright and noticeable! The people I ride with noticed right away. That was my biggest concern and honestly it should be yours too. Never compromise your safety for a little savings. Some people will say that its not very bright if you are looking at it from a high enough height. However, If the tallest vehicle were behind you (a semi), they would have to be less than 10 feet behind you to not see the light at full power. And how often will a semi get that close to you? NEVER. They know how to drive properly.
